4. Payments & Refund Policy

Successful transactions cannot be cancelled. Refunds for failed or pending transactions will be processed according to the policies of the respective operator, bank or payment gateway.

SecurePayGo takes reasonable administrative, technical and security measures to protect user information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and OTPs.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecurePayGo shall not be liable for losses caused by banking server issues, operator downtime, internet failures, technical interruptions or incorrect information submitted by users.
